Creating income
from surplus land

We offer a consultancy service to occupiers of factories and warehouses wishing to generate extra income from surplus land at their premises.

Operating in the field of self-storage, we currently own and manage two businesses renting out shipping containers to householders and local companies requiring short term storage space. We have over 10 years' experience in this business.

In our search for sites suitable for further self-storage developments, we often come across factories and warehouses with areas of hard standing attached which would be ideal to house a few self-storage containers.

Although these small sites would be uneconomical to run as stand-alone businesses, they would be perfect "add-ons" to run alongside your main business.

If you have at least 800 square metres of hard surfaced land then it may be possible to start your own small scale self-storage business to run alongside your main business. There is no long term commitment and start up costs are very low. Self-storage is not a labour intensive business and so your current staff can be easily trained to manage the storage site to fit in with their existing duties.

By taking advantage of our advice and experience you will quickly be able to generate rental income from otherwise vacant land.
